One of the military guys at my work is leaving this week and we had a little coffee break for him. I made some chocolate soldiers, chocolate covered cookies , and mini cupcakes (not pictured).
In the evening, Maelie wanted to go to the park. There is a park not too far away that she enjoys. We used to call it the IKEA park, since it has all kinds of strange and different structures. Some of the you can't really tell how they work!
She really enjoys this one.. you have to try walking on the wheel and it turns as you walk up. It's challenging to stay on!
She is a little tall for this one! We are not quite sure about the red balls on the rope...
This guy met a few friends while we were at the park!! Such well behaved dogs... Peluche isn't! He just wants to be *friends* with any dog he sees.
Maelie swam some more when we got home. I watered my garden since it dries up completely during the day! I have over 25 tomatoes starting to grow on my tomato plants!! It's so exciting!!
