What a gorgeous day today to go to Midway Magic! It was hot, but not humid! The girls were ready to go on rides rides and more rides!
Poor Naomie didn't want to go in the haunted house but she decided to go with Maelie anyway... she kept her eyes shut and her ears plugged for the whole ride!
They both enjoyed the Scrambler!
And the ship ! They almost made it to the back, but weren't quite brave enough this time :)
The Hang Glider is always fun and relaxing! You just lie there and take a nap while you go in circles!
Of course, what is a fair without animals? We fed some goats and lambs and whatever else wanted food!!
Naomie fell in love with most of the animals there and wanted to ask them how much they wanted for one of them. LOL I can just imagine Sonia's face if we had brought home a lamb!! or a llama!!
Snack time for the humans too....!
A little easy ride after the snacks so that it can all go down gently.
Why not go on a Bumper car ride!
Before we left they each tried a couple games... just for the sake of trying one thing! I am very proud that I managed to teach Maelie that begging to play all the games is not gonnna make it enjoyable for anyone. She is always so reasonable!!
Ta da! Time to go now... what a fun time!!
The minute we got home, the girls jumped in the pool as they were sooooooo hot!! Thankfully Maelie applied sunscreen all over herself before we left (unlike her mama) so her skin was not overly tanned at all!! :)
1 more sleep til we see Jo and the boys!!!
