Summer vacation - Day 52

Today we started the morning off with a  little ATV ride before it was time to clean up and pack our things.

Maelie was rather sad that she had to come back home to reality! She had a wonderful week at grand-maman's house and with a sleepover at Grand papa and Lucie's house.

When we got home at the end of the afternoon, Maelie took a look at the fishies. Surprise surprise.... approximately 30 new babies were swimming around!!!!! In this picture you can see about 4 or 5... they are spread out all over the aquarium but they are so little it is hard to see!! We are not 100% sure who is the mama !! All we know is that the family has multiplied like CRAZY!!

What a cute surprise though! Unfortunately, most of them will probably be eaten if they just swim out in the open. That's what happened before. I may have to take the little nursery out if I want to make sure not to lose a few. Hopefully they will be smart enough to hide in the plants. The last babies did that and they survived...

It's back to realitt tomorrow for a week!! Then I will be on vacation for a week and a half. I can't wait to see my sister and nephews!!
