I tried a new cookie recipe. They had this recipe in most Christmas magazines I have but I never got around to trying it. However, I decided to try it for Valentine's. It is basically a sugar cookie and the inside is a melted lollipop. It turned out cute... but I assume it is hard to eat with a hard center. I guess I will find out when people sample them at work tomorrow.

These are good with a rolo in the centre as well or a square of caramilk.
Yumm...when do you find the time? I find it hard just to make dinner every night more a less try out new recipies. Your energy amazes me!
