For March break this year, Bill was off work to stay home with Maelie. Unfortunately he got gastro-intestinal issues... therefore the events were not too exciting!
Maelie decided to invite her friends over to play. Rebecca and Lorry came and we made goo. A ton of colors! Almost used up all of the ginormous glue container!!
They had a blast blowing bubbles
I love the bright orange one!!
It was quite robust... even punching it didn't pop the bubble!
For a little snack, I made them Pillsbury cookies. I make a batch every occasion because Maelie adores those cookies! I usually burn a bunch of them so I was proud that I managed to make a whole batch burn-free!!
I think Maelie ate 9 of them!!
After the twins went home, Sierra was coming over for a sleepover. We had a fun evening playing with goo, chatting, riding the plasma car, playing with Hexbugs, and crafting. The girls decided to have a Pyjama dance compteition. My partner was Peluche... and our song was Dancing Queen :) Maelie and Sierra wond though according to the judge Bill!
The next day, Maelie ended up with some gastro intestinal issues of her own! She was sore and quiet most of the day but did muster up the energy to go sliding a little at least. I thought Sierra would get bored, but she didn't seem in a rush to leave at all! LOL So i was relieved.
The girls worked hard on a few Easter chocolates.
Very colorful! :)

Ta-Da! All in a day's work :)
Poor Maelie ended up not feeling that great until Friday. Then Friday I was the one knocked out with a bit of a sinus cold. Maelie said she wished she had been sick the week BEFORE March break so then she could have enjoyed her week off!! All in all I think she did fun things .... even if she was sick :)
