Day 19! Maelie was a bit sick during the night so the morning was rather difficult and slow! We got to school and work late.
It was my last Christmas card making workshop at work today. It usually is on Wednesday's, but had been moved to Thursday last week, and since I was home that day, I moved it to today! This is the sample card I made:
Our mailbox was full today! 6 more lovely Christmas cards! This is what we have received so far!
We finished up the teacher gifts so that Maelie could take them to school.
I spend hours making my Christmas chocolates and really enjoy how they turn out !!
Maelie's teacher doesn't eat sweets so we found another option for her. Also, she is Jewish so her present will be given tomorrow... just on time for Hanukkah! Here is a wonderful apron made by my friend Rosa. Maelie's teacher loved the apron Sonia was wearing at school and it is very similar to this one.... so I am hoping she will be happy to get one of her own!
It's the first time we gave a Hanukkah present to a teacher! I am glad we are able to learn more about Hanukkah and the Jewish culture. I love this wrapping paper and ribbon!!
6 days left!!
